When you walk into the doors at Paragon, you become an athlete and with Calum's coaching, you will focus on exercises aimed to help you reach your sports performance and/or fitness goals. Athlete's have a number of goals and varying physiques but overall, they aim to be healthy, fit and strong.
All coaching sessions at Paragon are personalized by maintaining a small group size of six athletes. With six people in a group, we ensure the community that comes with small group training while also holding onto the fact that your training should be about you, your safety and your goals. You are more than just a number at Paragon.
At Paragon Training PHL, you can attend two different small group sessions types: Strength or Conditioning. In a strength session, the focus will be on strength exercises such as the squat, bench, deadlift, snatch and clean while in a conditioning session, the focus will be on a variety of aerobic and anaerobic high intensity meaning that the training will never get stale.
We offer two packages to meet varying budgets and schedules, one which allows you to register for one 30-minute session a day and one which allows you to register for up to two 30-minute sessions a day, back to back or split up at different times of the day. Our packages offer you the flexibility to fit us into your schedule, no matter what your goals may be.
About the Owner
Calum has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Calum is a believer that with the correct coaching, everyone can be their best version of themselves.
Through his experience with the Detroit Tigers Baseball Association, a number of collegiate and high school level athletes and adults of all ages, Calum has kept up with research based training techniques that have been proven successful in helping individuals meet their sport and fitness goals.
