Strength & Conditioning Memberships

All memberships put you on a month to month auto payment plan. Should you choose to cancel, when you do you will be billed for the following month through which you will be able to continue training. Following that month, your membership will be cancelled. You are then welcome to rejoin at anytime. 

30 Minutes Per Day

One 30 minute session a day, family member discounts available, discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments. 

Mix and match your strength and conditioning sessions throughout the week or stick to the same session types.

60 Minutes 3X Week

Two back to back 30 minute sessions 3 times a week to equal 3-60 minute sessions weekly, family member discounts available, discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments. 

60 Minute sessions will include 30 minutes strength & 30 minutes conditioning

Choose back to back sessions to make a full hour workout or break up your training by joining a 30 minute AM and 30 minute PM session.

Single sessions are 30 minutes long and will consist of a focus on either strength OR conditioning

Purchase and schedule two back to back single sessions for a full hour of strength & conditioning training.

Training is most beneficial and lasting when consistent. You will receive the greatest value when purchasing a membership plan.
