At Paragon, you will always train in a small group to ensure personalized and individualized attention. With small group training, you reap the benefits of a community environment with individualized coaching focused on YOU!

At Paragon Training PHL, two types of 30 minute sessions will be available: strength & conditioning. Strength sessions will focus  on squat, bench, deadlift, snatch and clean while conditioning sessions will focus on a variety of aerobic and anaerobic high intensity work.

Two packages will be available to allow you to choose a price point and schedule availability that best suits your needs and goals. With the two packages you will have the opportunity to choose between one or two 30 minute sessions per day. 


At Paragon Training PHL, we offer  a Nutrition Start Up Program. Our start up program runs for 4 weeks and includes 4 (up to one hour) one-on-one weekly sessions. Included in your package will be before and after pictures and measurements. 

After you've completed the start up, you will have the opportunity to schedule "Tune Ups" if you feel like you need reminders, help getting back on track or would like to continue to track progress through pictures and measurements. Tune Ups are individual up to one hour sessions. 


Strength & Conditioning Memberships

All memberships put you on a month to month auto payment plan. Should you choose to cancel, when you do you will be billed for the following month through which you will be able to continue training. Following that month, your membership will be cancelled. You are then welcome to rejoin at anytime. 

60 Minutes Per Week


One 60 minute session or two 30 minute sessions a week, family member discounts available, discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments. 

Mix and match your strength and conditioning sessions throughout the week or stick to the same session types.

60 Minutes 3X Week


Three 60 minute sessions or six 30 minute sessions a week, family member discounts available, discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments. 

60 Minute sessions will include 30 minutes strength & 30 minutes conditioning

60 Minutes a day, family member discounts available, discounts for 6 and 12 month commitments. 

Choose back to back sessions to make a full hour workout or break up your training by joining a 30 minute AM and 30 minute PM session.

Single sessions are 30 minutes long and will consist of a focus on either strength OR conditioning

Purchase and schedule two back to back single sessions for a full hour of strength & conditioning training.

Training is most beneficial and lasting when consistent. You will receive the greatest value when purchasing a membership plan.
