You will be given the opportunity to utilize the latest scientific methods and tried and true techniques of training to help you reach your highest potential. Allow a trainer with experience working with every type of person; from professional athletes to active parents show you the most effective path to reaching your fitness and nutrition goals.


At Paragon, you will always train in a small group to ensure personalized and individualized attention. With small group training, you reap the benefits of a community environment with individualized coaching focused on YOU!


We offer various small group strength & conditioning packages to best meet your needs.

At Paragon Training PHL, you receive individualized small group strength & conditioning coaching. Strength coaching will focus on squat, bench, deadlift, snatch and clean while conditioning coaching will focus on a variety of aerobic and anaerobic high intensity work.

If you have specific goals, we're here to help you meet them safely and efficiently!

Two packages will be available to allow you to choose a price point and schedule availability that best suits your needs and goals. With the two packages you will have the opportunity to choose between one, two or three hours a week with the option to break into two, four or six half hours or a combo of half and full hours.


Strength & Conditioning Memberships

All memberships put you on a month to month auto payment plan. Should you choose to cancel, when you do you will be billed for the following month through which you will be able to continue training. Following that month, your membership will be cancelled. You are then welcome to rejoin at anytime. 

60 Minutes a Week

One 60 minute session or two 30 minute sessions a week to best fit your schedule and needs.

2 Hours a Week

Two 60 minute sessions or four 30 minute sessions a week to best meet your schedule and needs.

Three 60 Minute sessions or 6 30 minute sessions a week, to best fit your schedule and needs.

3 Hours a Week

10 Class punch card is good for ten (10) 1 hour sessions 

Punch Cards do not expire

Great for college kids who want to get in workouts on short breaks back at home!
